10mm M8 bushings with spreading function. For installing Stop Tailpieces, Wrap-Around Bridges or Les Trems with 8mm Studs in two 10mm holes. A 10mm center drill is something everyone should have on hand. Yes, even with such a humdrum component as drive-in bushings, the wheel can certainly be reinvented. Inside the M8 thread of the bushing is a short M8 grub screw that, when screwed in downward, spreads the bushing apart at the bottom. This makes the sleeve sit bombproof in the wood and ensures optimal transmission of the vibrations. It is ideally suited for mounting any components that are attached with studs of M8 thread. The sleeve also sits bombproof even in holes expanded by heavy long-term tremolo use and never slips out of the holes. The thin „collar“ at the top of the sleeves prevents direct contact of mounted hardware with the guitar top and protects its surface from damage. Required hole diameter: 10mm. Supplied in pairs. Allen key for tightening the grub screw: 4mm.
