Single coil sound without hum – still to be achieved! Some humbucking pickups imitate certain single coil characteristics. But when it comes to dynamics and attack, there’s nothing there! Not with us. Our Single Twins use two separate coils with authentic winding and authentic magnetic structure. The result is authentic sound with authentic attack and authentic dynamics. Standard humbucker size. Unfortunately we can’t keep the original size for the Single Twins for Strat. These Pickups are for sound fetishists, not for vintage freaks. Our HSC Single Twins are put into Toaster housings and fit our special mounting rings PLDTB. The outer dimensions of the Toaster mounting rings correspond with usual humbucker rings.
